FULLERTON — Whether driving by the school, the dentist or going to or from downtown, 4th Street is arguably one of the busiest streets in Fullerton. For many years Fullerton residents couldn’t miss the two large eagle statues that stood on either side of house number 714’s garage door. A Vietnam veteran, Tom Delaney was very patriotic.
