FULLERTON — At the beginning of December every resident in Fullerton should have received a survey regarding the material of their incoming water lines.
The City of Fullerton is continuing an effort to modernize its water meter and pipe systems. The survey sent out asked residents to identify what material their incoming water lines are in an effort to identify lead pipes.
