Fullerton veteran has unique way of saying thanks

FULLERTON — Larry Phillips was born in Fullerton, Nebraska in 1934. His father worked at a filling station. During World War Two the family moved to Central City then Kearney, where they stayed through the duration of the war.
When he was in the 5th grade, they moved back to Fullerton where Larry attended school.
