FULLERTON — When Matt Mason began his term as Nebraska State Poet in 2019, he had one major goal in mind. He wanted to visit every county in Nebraska and hold at least one poetry event in each one.
So far, he has visited 80 of Nebraska’s 93 counties. On Monday he will come to Fullerton, checking one more county off of his list.
